Ruby is one of the hungriest people I know. These days, she seems willing to eat just about anything, anywhere. Often it is amusing. Sometimes it is confounding – say – for example when we are in the way to school and she is just Into the stroller and announces “I hungee” after just eating a full breakfast. And usually some of my breakfast as well. I'm leading to be prepared for this but she still catches me off guard sometimes. And then there are other times when all the charm of the ravenous two year old is gone and the downstream consequences are just completely overwhelming. Think law of conservation of mass. Couple this with her complete and outright refusal to use the toilet or the potty and I have a Serious situation on my hands.
