1 cup corneal

1 cup ground flax

1 cup oats (turned into oat flour in the magic bullet)

2/3 cup sun flower seeds

1 cup chocolate chips

3 eggs

4 mashed bananas

3 tablespoons melted margarine

Water until it looks about right
