So the big tractors that work for the potato chip company go through the field and they dig up the potatoes and all the potatoes that are the right size for chips go in the bucket and all the potatoes that are the wrong size for chips get spit out and end up back on the ground only to become next years seed potatoes when they get ploughed back under in a few weeks. And if a few kids show up with a few buckets to pick up a few cast off potatoes then you get home fries for dinner. And breakfast. And sometimes for lunch. Good thing home fries are delicious. Hil makes them with rosemary and salt. And oil. Generous amounts of oil. At least now we know what we are bringing to thanksgiving dinner!
