From 1984 to 1986 my family lived in a brand new suburb of Edmonton, Alberta. I have many great memories from those two years – including memories from some Gulyas family adventures not totally dissimilar to the one we are on right now. We made multiple trips into the Rocky Mountains to explore Banff, Jasper, and Lake Louise and we traveled by RV. Space is limited in RVs and as chance would have it my brother was just the right size to sleep on the dashboard of the motor home.

We have yet to encounter an RV in Asia. We did find an entertainment unit that was just the right size for Arden.

In other news, I don’t think any of us knew just how much Uncle Boots loved the ocean before we got to he beach with him. Love it he does and his enthusiasm is catching on! Here are Ruby and Charlotte with Boots after supper searching for crabs and other low tide critters with a flashlight. Kudos for Hil for bringing the flashlight to dinner.
