Awesome weekend at camp wildman complete with Mosquitos, poison ivy, pig roast, sand, soap carvig, capture the flag, kubb, my first ever time playing ukulele by the campfire in front of other people, and lots of laughs with the kids.

Impetigo. On ruby. Third summer in a row. She was devastated. Three hours in the pool. Perhaps a little too much sun, and the ghosts of impetigo past = Sunday night meltdown.

The reading bug has got a hold of ruby. In a big way too. She is currently reading in most of her spare moments and she appears to be willing to read all kinds of stuff. We could t be happier. Ruby has recently discovered she is good with a baseball bat. She is hitting about .285. And she loves it! No way she learned it from me. I never learned to hit the ball.
