Fall fair

Fed a four day old calf. Met some chickens. Ate donuts right out of the fryer with compulsory cinnamon sugar. Charlotte rode the Ferris wheel solo. Watched the 4H lamb show. Home from camp

Permadirt: the stuff you get on your feet after a week away at camp. A clear indicator of time well spent. Charlotte came home yesterday exhausted and full of beans. And I think the bruises, the scrapes, and the grubby toes pretty much tell the whole story.
