3 Ginger Snaps

I like how Ruby (the elephant, not my sister) put sand, dirt & grass on her back. She does that for sunscreen. Ruby is 55 years old but she is petite, like me. Ruby hangs out with 3 other elephants; Pearl, Ming Wong and Mae Nang.

Ruby is the bodyguard and protects her friends.

Elephants eat roots, grass, banana trees and bananas. I liked seeing some of the elephants holding hands (well, it was their trunks). It was soooo cute.

Elephants walk very slowly and very quietly. We watched them have a bath.

I liked staying at the Elephant Valley Project for a week. They had chocolate pancakes. Claire, our leader, was very nice and she gave me a t-shirt. I love it!

I collected sticks for our campfire that we had on our last night at camp.
