Singapore delight…in the airport by Hil

I could have stood there all day and watched theses balls….

Paul, get your mind of the gutter…I know what you are thinking. This is a family blog!

People stop us all the time to take pictures of the girls. They usually grope Arden in the process. We’re all getting pretty used to it, even Arden. But more often than not, people comment on our two girls and one boy? They often think Ruby is a boy. As you can imagine, she is not impressed. We’ve even started calling her Robbie. That doesn’t go over well.

We can’t figure out what it is – could it be the fact that she wears comfy clothes (no pink in site).

Whatever the reason, she’s a good sport and will always be my Ruby-Tuby-Booby-Looby! Love you Rubes!

And after a long day of travel, the rewards…

And a mini water slide!

    1. Maloner!!! Loved your vacay pics as well. Can’t believe how big your guys are getting.
By the way, we are semi-seriously thinking about moving to Burlington when we get back. First we need to find jobs (Drew is looking for a teaching gig, I’m not sure what I’m going to do). We had hoped the camp-ownership dream would come true, but alas, the universe has other plans for us. So who knows, maybe we will be neighbours one day…we’re thinking about buying my parent’s place (they have bought a condo that is being built on the waterfront in Burlington).
Thanks for following the blog – we’re having fun (most days).
      Miss you!

  2. Hil, you run a lovely family blog. I was also thinking of how amazing balls can occupy one’s time. Take for example a basketball. I could spend hours playing and watching that sport. But balls as art has to be really special, and kudos to the Bangkok airport for really nailing it.
For the record, I also think Ruby is a super cute girl. As with the other snaps, Drew will need to work on his axe collection once the teenage boys come calling. For now, let the south East Asian paparazzi do their photo shoot!
Good start to Singapore, every hotel in the tropics should have a waterfall and water slide! I look forward to some Singapore pics ‘snaps!
