3 Ginger Snaps

We have been counting the days for 6 months, and we finally made it….the Warner Brother’s Harry Potter Studio Tour. Watch out…here come your biggest fans….the Gingersnaps!!! (And Drew)

There was so much to see and do – I don’t know what to tell you other than the fact that it was very well done and did not disappoint the Gingersnaps.

There are so many pictures – you probably don’t want to see all of them. But know we had fun and 3 very tired little girls on our hands at the end.

Of course, there was the usual “exit through the gift shop” and our girls are pretty well trained to keep moving at those points, but we told them they could each pick an item as a souvenir. I thought Ruby was going to cry – all three jumped for joy and then proceeded to wander around the MASSIVE store looking at all the merch – it was completely overwhelming even for Drew and myself. But I’m happy to report they made good choices. Charlotte picked a wand (Ginny’s wand – who is her favourite character), Ruby selected a quill and ink set and plans on doing some letter writing, and Arden made a beeline for Hedwig (Harry’s owl) which is adorable although she wanted it in backpack form – so next time you see her, she will probably we wearing an owl on her back.

What a day. And tomorrow is our last….I already have a lump in my throat and suspect I will shed a few tears on the plane. It has been the trip of a lifetime.
